  : I loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. The hotel had a DJ Friday and Saturday night and that was a great addition to the hotel.

  : It’s in a good location. The roof pool and bar are great and the gym is decent.
  : The check in and check out staff behaved as tho guests were a burden rather appreciating the fact that we chose their hotel among all of the other possible hotels in Midtown. When we checked in, the staff member just said name, ID, and credit card—no welcome, nothing. When we checked out, the staff members said, “what room?” And then just nodded his head—no “thank you for staying with us” or anything at all—just a nod. When I asked for ice at the lobby/bar since there is no ice machine, the staff member again behaved as tho they were doing us a big favor. Also, when I asked for a plunger because the toilet for some reason wouldn’t flush, the staff member acted as tho it was my fault rather than the hotel having poor water pressure. Also, there is no mini-fridge or coffee maker in the room—we had to ask for them. That was not a big deal. My biggest problem is the staff. I will not stay here again.

  : We enjoyed our stay there. The lounge and bar area was very convenient. They had a lot of games to entertain you. They also had a bar at the pool and a restaurant.
  : We booked it with a free breakfast, but it was a grab and go out of their refrigerator. But they did have a restaurant there for breakfast for an additional charge.

  : I give this hotel a 4 out of 10 because it was awful:-1: security issues: an aggressive homeless drug addict was breaking into our room and yelling at 2 am (on the night of August 2-3, 2024). My husband called the reception the first time - no one answered. My husband called the second time - they picked up the phone and said they would send a security guard. The security guard came and resolved issue. But there are 2 questions: why do they pick up the phone at the reception the second time? And why do aggressive homeless drug addicts walk around the hotel? Drug addicts take the elevator from the 1st to the 6th floor, where they pass through the pool and have access to the guest rooms!-1: the hotel has a problem with payment and the knowledge of the reception staff. I booked and paid for my stay at the hotel via the Booking app - when I checked in, I was told that the payment had not been received. Then they started to sort out why it had not been received - the issue was resolved when a second hotel employee came to the rescue.-1: breakfast that is not breakfast. I payed for one night and breakfast. Instead of breakfast, we were offered to choose something from the refrigerator. There was beer, champagne, fruit and yogurts in the refrigerator. We paid extra for water. I am attaching a photo of the "breakfast" to the review.-1: the toilet has a glass door. Everything you do in the toilet will be visible to people in the room.-1: there is no closet. you can put your things on a small nightstand or on the floor.
