  : The shuttle service on 7/15/2024 at 5:00 AM was horrific. The driver over talked me when I said we were flying Southwest Airlines and demanded if I was flying domestic. At the airport he was honking and going around vehicles and then stopped at the drop off for Delta Airlines. There was no Southwest Airlines at the terminal and I explained to the driver we needed to be dropped off in front of Southwest Airlines because we have a wheelchair reserved there. The driver yelled and said he had people to pick up and we needed to “just go from South Tower to North Tower to get to Southwest Airlines. I again said my brother cannot walk and we have a wheelchair at Southwest Airlines. He yelled something and closed the door and left us there with our luggage in the street. Even the other shuttle passengers who witnessed the exchange were horrified. I had to borrow a wheelchair from Delta and with luggage pushed my brother from North Tower to South Tower. If our flight was not delayed seven minutes, we would have lost our flight by six minutes. Will never stay at your hotel again with that type of service. Never!
