  : The area was nice. I wish they did serve breakfast, at this point even ice would have been nice.
  : I booked this location because of the location price and amenities. I drove 10.32 hours to the location just to find out that there is no pool no free breakfast, the location has roaches (I brought roach spray and sprayed our bathroom) No mention of any of this prior to booking. Desk clerk called to confirm my reservation around 5 p.m but didn't inform me of these issues until I arrived and was already paying for the rooms. Very disappointing, but the staff was fairly decent. Halls smelled of smoke, water leaking in hall, it mold on ceiling on second floor. No ice, weight room was depressing. Parking was ok

  : It was absolutely filthy and dirty. The first room they gave us was dirty the phone didn’t work, not cleaned, no toilet paper, no garbage receptacles, broken equipment in the room; such as a broken bar in the bathroom & broken closet. When you pulled back the sheets there was hair and dirt all under it, despite the bed being made. The phone did not work so I had to go down to the lobby to complain. I was given a room by a kind girl at the front desk Nadia. She was absolutely wonderful. The second room was a little bit more cleaner, but there was mold everywhere especially in the bathroom. The bathroom shower. The water hit the wall and was not coming out of the showerhead properly. There was a ring and dirt all over the shower and tub the bathroom sink was filthy. We had to clean it. There was no garbage cans. There was no garbage bags, the phone did not work. One of the lamps were broken. There was grease all over the kitchen so we did not use it. The bed was clean and there was an odor throughout the floor that was awful people live there, so it was very loud and hard to sleep at night, I’m only giving it very poor because there were two staff members that were great. That’s the only part of the stay that I would state was good but I’m complaining to corporate to get my money back. I only stayed because we had nowhere else to go at that hour.
