  : The staff at the buffet were incredible as was the first concierge.
  : Breakfast was not included in my 6th floor king room but was included for smaller rooms on lower floors. The food was so limited and sub par. There were no towels or wash cloths in my room so I had to call down for it. The coffee was disgusting. No matter how much sugar or almond milk I added was still bitter. There were no vending machines and with most guests in town for the concert my daughter and I were attending, when we went down to the “store” in the lobby, the fridge was scarce. My daughter had to skim the pool in order for her to attempt to get in, but after doing so, the excitement of swimming wasn’t even worth how much energy it took to get the pool half clean. The rest of the staff for the following days of my visit were not friendly or welcoming to my daughter or myself when we approached the front desk. There was no greeting. Just a “can I help you?”.
