  : The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean and the A/C was nice.
  : Lots of things we didn't like.The unit is a very poor version of what is shown in the pictures at the Booking website. My friends and I believe the unit was not ready for occupancy. It should have cost less than $50 per night. These are some of the deficiencies in the unit: - The stove didn't work; there was a hot plate on top of the stove for our use instead.- Dinnerware provided for one setting only and no silverware.- A shower water heater was installed but it heated the water to less than luke warm.- The only mirror in the unit was on the medicine cabinet in the bathroom. BUT it was installed so high up on the wall that I couldn't even see my face on it (I'm 5'5').- The unit has a tiny porch but it is not usable because it is in bad condition: extremely rusted security bars, balusters busted from the effects of salty air, and an extremely rusted security gate locked with a chain to prevent its use.- The grounds around the building were covered with weeds and overgrown grass (2 feet high!).- The main entrance to the unit is locked with chains to prevent its use because it is in bad shape. The one and only entry/exit door is the kitchen door. There are three stair steps to reach this door. To pull the door open you had to step back one or two stair steps and there was no handrail to grab on to.- There were cracks on the walls and some electricity plugs on the walls had no cover plate.- Wi-Fi was provided but they didn't provide the password, so we couldn't use it. We called to get the password but there was no answer or returned call.- Based on the price and compared to other hotels and AirB&B's in the area, you would expect this unit to be in excellent condition and also to be within walking distance of the beach. Wrong on both counts! You can't even see the beach from the top of the hill.Our unit was #101 and it was not ready for occupancy. If the deficiencies get fixed, it could be a nice unit.

  : wires hanging everywhere, cracks in the wall, missing cups, disgusting over washed towels and bed sheets, lack of lighting in the main hall, the guy had to replace two light bulbs, after we arrived not before, had to bring extra cups for two people after we arrived , not before, not wifi no tv only local antenna channels. AC very hard to control. No hooks for clothing in the bathroom, no door handle to the property, no shelf for soap in the shower only rusted nail, and nails sticking out for hook in the bathroom

  : Microwave doesn't work. Windows don't block sound of vehicles well. Refrigerator didn't get very cold.

  : Near turist areas in Arecibo. A/C and regular TV worked fine.
  : Balcony was not in conditions to receive guests. Fans, windows and screens had a lot of dust. Not enough utensils for 5 guests (as advertised). Not wifi connection as advertised. Called every day and was never fixed. Property was not available at 3pm as advertised. Just one mirror, but not very accessible. Not enough towel holders, etc., etc., etc

  : This is not a hotel it’s more of an Airbnb and the guy who was suppose to help us check in was eating at the local restaurant and texting us directions. The location is really really dark and off the side of the freeway which it’s a little sketch.
