  : Location. We were in town for the art fair and had to catch the bus at the mall next door.
  : Broken elevator. Had to climb steps with luggage at 68, the steps themselves were a challenge, let alone carry bags.

  : Room was pretty clean. The staff was cool. I like how quiet it was.
  : Unfortunately my bed frame was broken, it was a bug in my tub and the hotel itself is very out dated.. its cool for one night but I probably won’t be back.

  : The location is great for our needs. Nearby places to eat, easy access to interstate. Comfortable bed.
  : 1) At check-in, the desk person had trouble finding both reservations. Finally resolved but maybe a bit more training needed for handling multiple reservations under one name?2) Elevator out (beyond their control -- lightning strike) entire week. We were on first floor, so okay. Since we both have trouble with stairs (age), we would have appreciated notification prior to arrival in case we needed to make other arrangements.3) Air conditioner in one room not working. When reported, the desk person said a maintenance person would check it the next day. No offer to put me in another room despite obvious availability. When it was not fixed by the afternoon of the following day, the person at desk immediately put me in another room without me having to ask. Desk staff -- despite our problems -- were all pleasant and courteous. Kudos for that.
