  : The only thing good about this location was the proximity to the venue I was attending and the front desk clerks
  : There were many issues. First, after checking into the room I discovered the toilet was not working correctly so I notified the front desk twice and the head maid the next day. then finally was told they had no weekend maintenance person. I had a corner suite that sleeps 3 but when I went to make up the pullout sofa there was no linen. Took the poor clerk 30 minutes to locate linen and bring it up to the room. The next morning my family and I went down for breakfast and when we went back up found the maids in our room supposedly cleaning the room before we checked out. Very inconvenient and rude. BUT the worst part was when we started to get ready to dress, my niece discovered we had BUGS in both the king bed and the pullout! We immediately grabbed our things and left the room. I went to the lobby and informed the clerk of the issue. She called her manager and he informed her they don’t have bugs. My niece’s husband took the clerk to the room and she saw the bugs in the beds crawling around herself. When I asked for a refund she again called her manager, told him what she saw and he informed her he was on vacation and would review everything when he returned. He obviously didn’t want to take his own employee’s word for what she saw. This was very unprofessional. I was upper management for over 40 years working with the public. My niece and her family( my sister and brother in law) own a motel in Maine so we understand the importance of customer service. I don’t understand why this manager would not take everyone’s word about these issues and do the right thing and refund me. I am asking your company to do the right thing and refund me for this extremely poor experience.

  : Front desk staff was very welcoming. Property was conveniently located to Anderson Sports Complex and easy to access.
  : No daily housekeeping. But, the housekeepers were very helpful when asked for something.

  : Great. Loved hard boiled egg and fruit. The breakfast room was nice. A cart was provided so I could bring up up my bags all at once
  : It was too stinking expensive over 300.00 for one night.I didn't get there until after7pm. The pool was a little cold& I had to ask for towels because there were none on the shelf. The sausage and potatoes were overcooked and dryI tried to go on another site, but the hotel site took it over. After I bit the bullet and payed that huge expense, which was non-refundable , then the cheaper prices came up. I came down from WI to spend a short time with my mom. That is the only reason I paid that ridiculous price. If I would have had more time to look I would have found something else

  : The hotel was not perfect but very nice for the price. Desk staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.
  : Elevator was slow.

  : The WiFi was down for entire stay. Also the pool was so dirty. There was hair all around the pool.
