: The AC never worked and made it difficult to sleep at night. We called for maintenance a couple times and the one day it worked the AC would keep stalling out every few secondsThe sheets were also a little dirty, and the bathroom shower door was aligned properly to the wall and isn’t create a good seal to keep water from leaking to the floor.The unit needs some TLC.

: A quick 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Room was clean and modern.
: The checkin was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my travels. I have never come across such rudeness. During checkin I presumed I was paying the figure stated in my booking.com account but when I checked my bank account they had authorised an additional $330 dollars. When I went back to ask for a breakdown cost of what I had paid the man eye rolled me, waved his finger in my face and was angry and shocked that I would even dare ask. He stormed off to ask a manager while the other lady screamed at me that it was for incidentals. This was humiliating as there was a long queue of people watching how they treated me. The worst customer service I have ever received. I know I would have been treated differently if I was travelling with my husband. The man shows a lack of respect for women. I went back another day and spoke to a kind and respectful lady called Masha who explained everything in detail. You need new trained checkin staff and a manager that comes out of hiding when he can hear how I was treated.
