  : The location is great and they have a nice little pool area. The breakfast is nice. The area for breakfast is pleasant and really nice to hang around in.
  : The maid tries to skip doing the rooms. Each day I would carefully place the “maid service please” thing on the doorknob. Then I would return later to see it on the floor in the hallway. Our room wouldn’t get any cleaning or maid service unless I requested it by complaining that the maid was slipping our room. So we had to use wet towels and our bed was not being made regularly. We did get maid service after I complained the last day. Once day I even returned twice in the afternoon to check if the maid had come. She had not come.The pillows in this hotel are 5 years past worn out. They are completely flat. The bathrooms are not clean. The toilet in our room didn’t flush. I made the reservation months in advance and got a noisy room. Kids were running in the hallways, shouting at night and knocking on doors and running away. They pranked our room. The staff in this hotel are not happy and they do not greet the customers. They look depressed.
