  : The cockroaches i saw in a couple of spots. One is the room, and the other is the lobby. No ice machines are working either.

  : An unruly guest escalated and made false accusations and security had to call the police

  : There was beds. & bathroom
  : We originally booked a suite though booking.com. & when we got there they said it was 2 rooms (not even joining) for $400 and peice. We canceled one because why have 2 separate rooms with kids... so when we go to the room, it was 2queen beds, tv, small table, uncomfortable chair NO microwave or dresser. There coffe maker that I had to warn water. The one pool was not open. So I didn't think the room was worth what we he's.

  : Our room was open when we returned from dinner. The toddler area and one pool were closed so the small part of the pool that was open was so packed we didn't get to swim with our kids. We paid over $100 for this hotel and it wasn't anything special at all, we followed up this stay with another elsewhere for $60 and we are much happier with the $60 hotel.
