  : When my sister and I arrived at the hotel they were in the process of remodeling it. There were forklifts, tractors and construction workers everywhere. It was very noisy. We were told we couldnt use one of their carts to bring up our luggage, we had to have a bellhop do it. It was really hot in the hallways but freezing in the room. The temperature would not go higher than 67 degree. When I complained to the front desk they told me the hallways weren’t air conditioned and to turn on the heater in my room if I wanted it warmer. The pool in the hotel was closed but told I could use the adjoining hotels but had to walk all the way thru the property including the casino to get there. The pool including hot tub were only open till 7 pm. When we checked out the following morning we told the manager what had gone on. He said the hallways are supposed to be air conditioned and his staff should have sent maintenance to fix the temperature in the room, also they have a shuttle to transport guests to the other pool. He apologized, saying he would have to check on the misinformation his staff provided. He also offered us a free night at the willows hotel on them . Told me I’d get a re-invite in the mail. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven’t received anything. My husband and I used to frequent the Viejas casino resort at least once a year, unfortunately we won’t be going back

  : The place was beautifulthe room was not fresh the linens on the bed was not clean we were informed front desk someone came change the bed linens.we where there for three days no one came to clean the bathroom and we informed them the mirror had toothpaste mark and also the shower glass was not clean it had soap residue.no one came to check the rooms to see that it was in good order before guest arrived.other from that it would've been welcoming but I didn't enjoyed my stay there.I went there with expectancy to enjoy my birthday with my friends but I didn't,the hotel is under renovation this this biggest throw off when we got there
  : Bed linen with makeup stains and also pillow cases were tucked inside pillow that was dirty,we got towels sent To my room that had yellows marks on it, no microwave was in the hotel for us to warm our meals.We had to walk through the casino in order to buy food from the lobby there were workmen and and plastic tapes coring off from the lobby to the casino,all over the casino there where smoking that smell is so horrible,we did not get to go to the pool it is also under renovation the pool by willows close at 6pm,we did not get to access the pool.
