  : This motel will nickel and dime you after you leave. I was charged $60 for a hand towel and sheet that they claimed was stained. No pictures of said stains available and they refuse to refund the charges. I will never stay at a Wyndham motel again.

  : The door to my room #225 was hard to open. I had to push real hard, and when it opened, it made a loud, squeaky noise. It was awful. Then you had to slam the door to shut it. Woke up my sister every time I had to open the door. I go to use the restroom and shut the door, and I see someone's nightgown hanging behind the door. So wrong, I did not like spending $160.00 for this stinky, dirty, rude awakening room.

  : The woman at the front desk was nice
  : They advertise their motel as a non-smoking facility, but it is CLEARLY not enforced. The room we booked was labeled as “Queen room with 2 queen beds-non-smoking”. Additionally, every single room has a “non-smoking” sign on the door. Yet, when we opened the door to our room, we could immediately tell the room had been smoked in. The cigarette odor was very intense and there were 2 cigarette burns in the comforter. Additionally, 3 doors down from our room, there was a woman standing on the threshold of her room, smoking a cigarette as guests were walking by, as the smoke was wafting into the room. I have asthma and allergies and cigarette smoke is triggering to both. It is very clear that this motel does not prioritize the heath of their guests or following Oregon state laws. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would never stay here again.
