: No ice machine in the building. A joke for advertised “breakfast“, consisting of a granola bar. Didn’t honor AAA in person, and no senior discount. Bedside lamps function marginally, and no light over the sink, and no way to utilize kitchen if one doesn’t bring ones own kitchen supplies.Everything is marginal at best, and I’ve stayed here before. At least it’s consistently marginal!

: No ice machine, no shampoo, nothing in the kitchen, the breakfast was just a packaged muffin and coffee, no fruit, no yogurt, (calling it breakfast is a bit of an exaggeration). No power or USB at the desk for working. No daily maid service.

: Very clean, very friendly & informative at check in.Great location.Alameda is stunning.Feels like you're in Marin.I felt completely safe.I paid a very low price and expected the worse.I actually was pleasantly surprised.I like the fact that the room was empty & I had to request& pay more for extras.This was perfect for my stay.
: No ice machines.There was a fridge with freezer that had ice trays however they were empty upon arrival.

: The location overlooking the marina was beautiful
: The room was very sparse. One garbage can....really? The bathtub needs refinishing...it was cracked and peeling. One thin bedspread. I can't remember the last time I had to ask for a hairdryer. Although I liked the floor without carpet it was dirty.

: Breakfast was sad, it was the bare minimum, small packaged muffins and granola bars, there were bananas. Dark roast coffee was out, and when asked, the coffee that was brought out was cold.
: For the most part it was a place to stay, the shower had very low pressure and the air-conditioning did not work, lucky it wasn't very hot, but it was a bit uncomfortable. On Booking.com, I had requested a handicap room, I'm a disabled Desert Storm Veteran and the front desk said that none were available, but I had other people in our group that came later and a handicapped room was offered to them and don't know why, because neither one of them were handicapped.
